NUAMPS (Northwestern University Advanced Media Production Studio) is a professional production team within Northwestern University Information Technology (NUIT), Academic Technologies, dedicated to the service and advancement of multimedia applications in teaching and research. NUAMPS' commitment to the exploration and use of progressive technologies and media tools has led the team to partner with colleagues at NU and beyond to develop new uses for existing technology, while continuing to expand the realms of possibility in commonly used media standards. The resulting projects, from high-definition video productions on Northwestern's campus, to web-based archives of digital images captured half-way around the world, demonstrate NUAMPS' continued success at meeting new and exciting challenges in bringing media solutions to the academic community.
