" Global Warming: A Threat to Biodiversity " is a Northwestern University public outreach program that is designed to aid the general public in understanding the nature of global warming and it's subsequent effects on biodiversity. The event was organized by Michael Kennedy and the Department of Neurobiology and Physiology, Northwestern University, in collaboration with Chicago Botanic Garden. NUAMPS was responsible for a 2 camera video documentation of this symposium that was held on October 22nd, 2005, in Owen L. Coon Forum. The event featured a panel of five experts  examining and discussing the various scientific and social issues associated  with the ecological aspects of Global Warming. NUAMPS was also responsible for creating the archival streaming video files for this event, as well as the DVD formats of the full program.
