Video Specifications

Please make sure your video file is within a ".mov" or ".mp4" wrapper and meets the following specifications before uploading:

Resolution: 640x480
Codec: H.264, Main Profile
Framerate: 29.97
Bitrate: 950 kbps
Audio: AAC Stereo, 44.1khz, 128kbps

Metadata Specifications

You will need to provide the following metadata along with your video:

Title: 60 characters max
Short Description: 715 characters max
PLEASE NOTE Certain characters must be escaped for inclusion in the description field
Filename: Ending in .mov extension
Keywords: Space separated tages
Selected Playlist(s): Selected from University Relations determined categories
Filesize: In bytes
Date: Date that the video was released or recorded

Graphics

Mac Users: hold control and click the link, choose "Download Link to Disk" (Internet Explorer), "Download Linked File As..." (Safari) or "Save this Link as..." (Netscape), then choose a location on your computer to which to save the file. After it has finished downloading, navigate to the file via the "Finder" and double-click on the file.

PC Users: right-click on the link, choose "Save link as..." (Internet Explorer) or "Save target as..." (Netscape), then choose a loction on your computer to which to save the file. After it has finished downloading, navigate to the file via "My Computer" and double-click on the file.
